Very pretty! I am in the middle of a new house build, and have just used SW Simply White. I first tried Alabaster, but it was too much yellow for my taste. Dover was even more yellow. Simply White seems to be just a plain white, which I think was a good choice for me. Good luck!

IMO rock, especially ledgestone, is not really appropriate for a modern or even vintage 'farmhouse' style home.

IMO Farmhouse can also be a soft color like this one. I like it because of the white shutters.

Have you painted samples with all those colors you mentioned but said didn’t quite work? Or are you just going by the fan decks?

Try a sample of Benjamin Moore’s Simply White as @aladdintn suggests. I recommend BM’s Natura line.

Warm White Dive would work.
