help with lighting for kitchen/dining area

Our kitchen and dining area are right next to each other and we have ordered two Nelson bubble saucer pendants to replace the ceiling fan above our dining table. What would go well with these Nelson pendant lights to put in our kitchen? I know I hate the track lights that were there. There was also a light above the sink which we don’t necessarily have to replace. We will not have a kitchen island - just cabinets along the sink side and the other wall will be tall cabinets.
