I can't read the second floor plan too well. Are those two fridge/freezers side by side or just two fridges with freezers? I thought 2 fridges were necessary for Kosher kitchens, right? I know meat and dairy are to be kept and prepped separately, but tell me which sink/DW area would be where you do veggies or pasta? I would want that one closest to the fridge for ease of offloading foods to be prepped with water. I guess if you prep meats with a soak in salt water that may be a consideration for fridge placement too. I've been in a Kosher home but long before I really knew what they were all about. Which plan do you think has best function for your cooking routine?

Thanks! We have fridge freezer shared for both meat and milk. Two different sink areas.
The meat sink by window , and milk dairy sink either on the side of range, or on the right wall.
Veggies or pasta could be done on either.
I’d assume pasta would usually be done on back range .

Is space in front of fridge comfortable in both plans? One is 46 the other 42 I think .

That space should be fine but do consider standing in front of the fridge, bent over to retrieve something out of lower drawers. Is there adequate room for you to do that? If so, it should be OK.

I would suggest one sink in front of the large window as you have it and the other sink center of the island. The m/w on the end of the island most likely fridge side.
