Hydrangeas House Plants Lawn Care

Creeping fig and termite tenting

Hello! I need to have my house tented for drywood termites. Ive been told by 3 different companies that is the only guaranteed treatment. that being said I have creeping fig vines growing on one wall of my house. is taken 3 years for it to grow and they are telling me it will most likely die ); ... is there anyway I can save them ? does anyone have any experience with that ?

The only way to save is to remove the vines from house surface. Any plant life included under the tenting will be killed off or severely damaged by the fumigation gasses used. This includes houseplants as well.

Interesting selection of forums you chose to post to :-) Houseplants make some sense, as creeping fig is often grown as a houseplant.....but Hydrangeas and Lawn Care are puzzling.
