OK, thanks. See my suggestion above for a bench. I think something like that, if it would fit, would add a nice, welcoming touch and give you a place to sit to remove shoes, etc. It looks like a very cool, sophisticated space, so you don't need much in the way of decoration on the porch at all, in my opinion.
