My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beautiful project! Can you tell me what brand & model the outdoor ceiling fans are? Also, how well have the blades held up in the heat & rain? (Looks like they might be drooping slightly in the photos but maybe not.) We’re looking for similar fans for our pergola project in Houston. Blades on the existing fans drooped very badly.

    The fans are minkaAire Roto XL - 62" F624. Honestly, the blades have been changed once. They seem to fair better than other outdoor fans but still can't compete with the Texas heat. Here is a link. Hope this helps! https://www.minkagroup.net/f624-orb.html
