Which is more durable? Or is the durability difference negligible? This would go on a single-car, detached garage door, so quietness isn't really important. Just long term durability (it's a rental unit). All the previous posts on this seem to be quite dated so I'm curious what peoples' more recent (but with some longevity) experience is.
