Maybe a silly question.

I'm looking at a light fixture and the webpage says "Use outdoors or inside. When used outside, wet location outdoor rated."

This is confusing grammar, and none of the other lights on the website say this - they just say they're wet rated, damp rated, or dry rated without any qualifiers. Is this wording here implying it is NOT wet rated when used indoors? Is there a difference between being wet rated for indoors vs outdoors? Or is wet rated just wet rated, no matter where it is?

I want to use the light in question in the bathroom near the shower, close enough that being wet rated is a requirement.
