On my monitor those photos look like they're showing three completely different shades of blue! The first looks like cobalt blue, the second looks like robins egg blue, and the third looks like a dark teal blue. IMO, the dark teal is a pretty color and the only one of the three that works with that color brick.

ETA: I just did a search on the Krylon 'Ink Blue' and what it shows on my monitor does match your 3rd pic. and I like it!!! I've been looking for a Krylon blue shade for my shutters and haven't found one that I like... until now. So glad you posted. :O)
