“What can I say? Mike and the entire team were consulate professionals. The scope of the job (my parents home) Increased as we moved forward and was handled with great success. We did a complete kitchen remodel plus the den, dining and living rooms. They removed popcorn ceiling, added 28 to 30 can lights, changed all molding in the majority of the home, painted most of the interior,changed paneling in one room to dry wall, changed all door hardware in the entire home and more. The results were spectacular and a testament to the Stettinius Construction team. Mike and his entire team were amazing and I highly recommend them. It should be noted they kept the job site extremely clean and organized the entire project and were very respectful of my parents who are older people. This was a first class experience!”

“We consider Olivera Construction to be the best builder in our area. Their professionalism, attention to details, quality of products and customer service is unsurpassable. They were all a pleasure to work with and their commitment to excellence shows in their work. We completely renovated our home, from the floor up! We moved out for 5 months and Olivera Construction created exactly what we wanted. They stayed close to the original budget and completed it on schedule. From new flooring throughout the entire house and pavers for the lanai and pool area. A new kitchen layout was designed with an entry from our living room. Phillip Olivera understood the kitchen design style we were looking for and was instrumental in relaying our ideas to his cabinet maker. We tore down the walls between our children's playroom, two bedrooms and shared bathroom and gave them new space with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom closet was increased and the powder bath and master bathroom also received new fixtures and cabinets. These were just the large projects, the list goes on and on and everything was completed perfectly.”

Chad during the estimate visit gave us thoughts/ideas about what we wanted done and we adopted his thoughts with ours and came up with a plan.
Hats off to his crew they were very professional, prompt curteous and they cleaned up after themselves!! We have had other contract work completed here in Florida that does not come close to the job well done by One Of A Kind Carpenter.”
