Use trim pieces and frame the mirror out.

The placement of the vanity lighting is going to depend on where the outlet is behind the fixture, sometimes they use solid back fixtures like these because the outlet is easier to cover It may be centered over the sink already, but you could have to move it.

The medicine cabinet is what through me off seems like that would be very hard to access?

Yes - move the lights, cover over the medicine cabinet and either frame the mirrors or remove and get 2 large framed mirrors instead. Not sure what you meant about seating...

Great suggestions thank you both. Framing the mirrors and covering over the medicine cabinet is going to be the best option I think. The medicine cabinet isn’t hard to access as the corner isn’t deep and it’s convenient but I don’t like the hodgepodge of mirrors. Do you think somewhat smaller framed mirrors would look better or shall I keep them on the larger side?The seating area I was referencing is the open area under the vanity where you would normally put a stool. Maybe a basket with towels instead? Thanks for your comments.

I think I would also get rid of the shelf above the toilet and move the towel bar to the opposite wall and put some something else there instead.

Keep the mirror large, it will help to keep the room feeling large, and why spend money when you already have them !

I do like that they make the room feel larger but I think I would have to cut down the big one anyway to get a frame on it as it currently goes all the way to the corner. I’m not sure why I feel overwhelmed by so much mirror? Maybe It’s just more me than I want to see:)
