It looks grayish white to me, and the cream colored paint and greenish carpet are not helping. Also what type of lighting do you have? What type of bulb? I would brighten that up as well.

Agreed. Carpet and lighting will be changed. We’re getting the carpet replaced next week with an oak-like colored flooring. Haven’t checked the bulbs yet

Have you thought about "sponge painting" over to achieve color desired.

It doesn't look "blue" to me but true white is a cool tone, you have trim that looks to be in the yellow family and the walls I can't tell if they're yellow or green toned on my laptop. It also looks very top heavy with the fireplace being so much lighter and all the trim and cut outs in your wall. Are you or your husband good with woodworking? If it's in the budget and you're willing to put in the work I think doing a more craftman style fireplace would look nice in either a light oak or cream colored.

If not I would try to get a color closely matching the trim and then keep some of the darker bricks you have and add some warm white spots on the brick as well to make it more dimensional. You also can choose a color slightly darker than the paint on the bricks in the grout to make it pop a bit more.

I understand, definitely just look for a warmer color, computer screens don't give the exact color so I would just grab some color samples to find one closer to the trim, it'll make it flow better and not look so blue.

Agree with trying to make the fireplace a “warmer” color. It sticks out next to the wall/trim.
