Exterior house before & after a touch-up

I did a paint refresh to the exterior of our house. I haven't a clue what the old colors were, but I wanted a bit more sophistication. I think the BM Creekside Green on the paneling did the trick, what do you think? (ignore the overgrown greenery... landscape help is next on the list!)

Other new colors are (BM) Dove White for trim and dormer windows, Wrought Iron for the shutters, and Narragansett green for the front door.

I think it looks very nice. One of the problems with your landscaping is the extreme pruning. Let them get back to a natural shape. You can still prune them, just not round or flat tops. When they are in flower, they will look very pretty. You may also try to shape the landscaping instead of it being all one straight row. Add a couple of curves, put in a few flowering plants, and let the others get back to being a more natural shape.

Thanks for the landscaping tips. We moved overseas for 7 years after buying the house, and while renting it out nothing was kept well with the greenery around the house. It's overgrowing the windows, even... unsure if I need to just take some of the bigger ones out and start over...
