Master Bathroom Layout Advise Needed

Hello - we’re renovaing our very outdated master bath. Everything from the floors, vanities, lights, paint, tiles, etc will be updated. We currently have two single vanities across from each other (58” and 24”) and on the other side a bathtub and shower. We don’t use the tub and need more storage. Here are the new layout options but having a hard time figuring out which is best. I am open for other suggestions or recommendations on these:

Option 1 (drawing attached)

  • Get rid of the tub
  • Add a new 36” vanity where the tub is and make the walk in shower slightly larger
  • Remove the 24” vanity and replace it a built in cabinet 24 x 84)
  • This gets us an extra foot of counter space but requires additional plumbing
  • The new built where the old 24“ vanity was would be right by the bedroom door so will be semi blocking the view when walking in

Option 2 ( no drawing available)

  • Get rid of the tub
  • Turn the 58” vanity into a double sink
  • Remove the 24” vanity and replace it with a built in cabinet - same concern above with blocking view
  • Add one large walk in shower in place of current shower/tub

Option 3 (no drawing available)

  • Get rid of the tub
  • keep the 24” where it is
  • Shorten the 58” vanity To about 36” and add the new built in cabinet next to it in the corner
  • Add one large walk in shower in place of current shower/tub
