My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Maryl...thank you so much for missing me:) You are correct, Debra....


    So many things to do, so little time has kept me away. I was working 10 hour days landscaping and exterior painting for a 6 week job but we finally got it finished. I could barely walk when I got home but managed to pull a few weeds and gaze at my flowers before it got dark. NH has been in a drought and I've been worried about my gardens. I didn't have time or energy left to water anything but fortunately we got a rain event a couple days ago to help put a tiny dent in the drought. We still need tons more rain but I was happy to get what I got. Daylily season has started up in the past couple days so I did take a few photos to share....I will post them tonight.


    And I've got one year old seedlings with BUDS!! The suspense is killing me!
