Hi Tony, We appreciate your comment and sentiments. We love painted cabinets and the freedom to express oneself as a homeowner with light, bright and color. BUT there is a very special place in our heart for beautiful stained wood cabinets. The richness, the warmth and the authenticity of wood is gorgeous. Is it over the top to say, even the grain of the wood kind of tells a story?

It looks quite good. I'm not sure about the wood flooring with stained cabinets. Might have chosen another flooring to provide some real contrast between floor and cabinets.
