I tried to post to the other thread, and it disappeared, thought maybe a new thread would work. But Navajo Pony has been good here. I "think" I got it fall of 2017 as 3 fans. I have record somewhere but can't find it right now. In 2018 I had 4 fans and send a start to Celeste, I think I sent her 2 fans, but can't remember. It bloomed ok, not great though. Spring 2019 it was back to 4 fans. I had to move it because it was in too much shade from bushes spreading. It bloomed pretty well last year. This year it has 5 scapes, so at least that many fans. The foliage is not small, so it does sound like yours is not happy. Someone mentioned that their scapes were weak an not holding up. Scapes on mine the first year it bloomed were not great, better the next year, and ok this year. They are rather spindly, but they have stayed erect even after heavy winds last week. I did worry that when it started to bloom that it would be too heavy and they would flop, but so far so good,
