I'm actually going through the same decision making process myself. I believe the blue line would work best with the TV above the fireplace. My husband and I made floorpans with mini furniture to scale to see how everything would look in different arrangements, and that made the most sense. With the windows behind the couch, there will be less worry of having to squint your eyes when looking across the room. Hope that helps!
