The side of the house is in shade, but it looks fine (and normal) to me. What were you expecting?

I was expecting the colors to be more spread out. It seems like al the same colors are clustered together in large areas as opposed to being mixed in with light and dark together. If it looks normal though that’s fine, just didn’t seem like they mixed the batches, like you do when laying flooring.

I agree...when we've had brick done (patios and walks), the masonry guys pulled bricks from all the lots to make the arrangement more random looking. Yours are all chunked up, not just the light, but also the dark ones. It looks like it's not a "factory" mix but they were mixing different bricks on the fly (which might not be the case--it just looks that way).

Since you have more bricks to be done, I'd politely and insistently request more attention to the layout.

I would probably ask if it could be redone. If it can't be, it's not THAT bad and you'll probably plant something in front of that wall, but I'd try to get the rest done better.

The problem with small sample boards such as in the photo is that they cannot show the variations color.
