Replace thing on wall above chair with a mirror. Attach a tiny wall table to act as a "landing zone" for wallet, change, etc. Put some hooks on the walls for keys. Square thing on wall could use a lot of color. Where the shoes and knapsack are on the mat, create a very narrow wall mounted set up with hooks and shoe rack.
