It's hard to tell without more detail in the picture, but from what I can see, it doesn't look good. If you can get them plenty of light (since they don't have many leaves), that might help them survive more easily. Watch them carefully. I don't mean outdoor sunlight (but filtered through a window is fine).

It looks like the one on the front right could survive... the one at the back left looks pretty crispy. Is there a reason they're still in peat pots? They'll do much better if you can get them into the ground.

I honestly think those are goners. If they’re really five months old they were very small and etiolated even before the dog got to them. I’d start again, not using peat pots and giving more light.
