where is bed from? V nice & compact solution - presume window is behind photograher

Hi! This is a custom bed we created for a converted maids room in NYC. The length is the same as twin size mattress, but the width was reduced due to the room being narrow. The window is located at the head of the bed. I've pasted a link to Lulu's room on the site for you:
