I would buy/make more of the artwork next to the table and install the elements in a random pattern across the empty wall space, floor to ceiling. That would have real impact while not taking up any floor space.

Would you provide another picture showing the whole room? What kind of light fixture is over the table? Is the table centered in the space? If not, what’s preventing centering the table? Centering the table on that wall would go a long way to solving your issues.

unfortunately I can’t buy more of the woven baskets. I bought them in Africa and can’t find colors that can go with it. Also there is no light fixture above just small LED Ceiling lights. I was thinking on maybe to center the table and maybe add a plant. what kind of wall picture can go with the woven baskets on the wall? Will add more pictures

Yes, turn the table so it’s parallel to the sofa back. Regarding your beautiful baskets, I would center them, hand them lower, and then surround them with flat woven pieces in different sizes and colors (you could spray paint them yourself), some left natural.

That’s "hang " them lower.

turn your table width wise and add an instant pendant light above it in one of your pot lights. They are easy to install and you can adjust it's height.

Turn table and use that space...put baskets where clock is.....add clock and other art to create a wall art gallery on the big wall....you have plenty of light really no need to add any type of chandelier.

Agree with all above! Wall art needs to come down lower. i think your eye should see the center of art when looking at it - a person shouldn’t have to look up to see the art. If you cannot turn table parallel to sofa as suggested due to lack of width in space making it too tight to pull out chairs, can the table at least be more centered in its space? Pulled away from window that is. Agree that a collage of different items on that wall would warm the space up and add interest. No need to clutter area up with more furniture if you don’t need it. Some tall greenery in corner by window would add warmth too - maybe in a great pot that adds the reds you seem to favor. Plant doesn’t need to be real & there are some nice looking s”silk” plants. Something with big leaves like the fiddle leaf fig or philodendron Freedomplace1 posted.
