It was a nice day to be outside. Thunderstorms all around us, but no rain. May have to water again.

We will start off with some of Bud Bennett's intros:

Jubilee Ball: always facing out. In my top 5.

FASHIONNAIRE: A classic looking bloom. It polyed this morning. It seems that I am having quite a few poly this year.

FAST PLEASURE: This one is possibly moving into my top 5 of Bennett intros.

FINDER'S DELIGHT: I really like this one.

BEAUTY IN MOTION: Can't resist posting this one again and again.

Now onto some other hybridizers' plants

Techny Ore: Tall and moderate increase.

Barney: Love this purple one.

Ladies Night Out; A nice purple

Wren's Song: A wonderful plant.

EMERALD STARBURST: Great plant

PINEAPPLE BITES?l Relatively new.

VISION SEEKER: All I can say is Mike Derrow's plants are great perfomers. They are all loaded with buds, and have great branching and increase well. I grow 5 of his intros. I will have to look at adding some more.

LEGENDS OF THE FALL: Not a Bennett intro, but it looks like it could have been.

GAVIN PETIT: Still hangs around.

Finder's Delight reminds me of my Sour Puss. Love all the subtle colors in it...........As always your Bennett pinks could all come to live with me had I the room, but in this group I'm leaning tonight towards the more medium pink of Fast Pleasure. Thank goodness someone is saving his life's work as best they can. I'd hate to waste all those pinks................Ladies Night Out is a pretty purple with nice rounded form...............Maryl

The Bennetts always stand out. And I agree with Maryl that you are to be commended in your quest to preserve them and get them out in the market for others to enjoy. Buddy’s Black Lady is very pretty and Isabelle Rose never takes a bad picture.

Really enjoying those Bennetts today. I used to have Skip Jack and always liked that flower. It got crown rot, a fan survived, but then about 3 years later developed it again and disappeared completely that time.

Sorry, off subject, but First Pleasure and Finders Delight are my favorites. Beautiful Edgings and Barney both caught my

So many pretty ones, especially the Bennetts. I will say Jubilee Ball and Ladies Night Out are my favorites, but it is a tough decision.

I have lots of favorites on this post. I think the top favorite is Fast Pleasure, which I remember liking last year. I'm also loving Finder's Delight, Beauty in Motion, Janet Grebus Murphy, Ladies Night Out and Buddy's Black Lady.

Fast Pleasure and Beauty In Motion are ones I would pick. We are suppose to get more rain here later in the week. Fingers crossed.
