The landing in front of the steps is about 8 feet wide. The perimeter walkway is about 6 feet wide. The point was to bring a balance of size and scale to the project and thank goodness my customers understood that. A smaller, narrower walk would have disappeared into the surroundings or appeared to be a gesture to a walkway not really a feature. Thanks for asking!
