Yes, the first and third pics look like them, but the second shows black raspberries. Both are edible of course, though the name wineberry should not imply that they would be better for that purpose than any other type of raspberry... Wineberry is native to Asia and considered invasive in many parts of the US, which explains its abundance. I consider it one of the finest of wild edibles though...

Thank you so much! I was wondering why there were darker berries. As a child on the farm, we always picked the wine berries for eating on cereal or yogurt or just by the handful!!! I am going to harvest right away!
