I do not see how I can link you to the technical features but here is a picture of the pdf downloads and a picture of the same tile in teal laid very flat. The tile is supposed to be flat... not different thicknesses.

Cannot read any of that and from your picture it impossible to tell if the tiles are all flat or stepped.

Why are they arranged in a series of irregular stacks like that? Are these individual tiles or do they come on a sheet?

They come on a mosaic sheet

But it is an irregular stack that left oks like th is each sheet:

If you click the bar on your browser you should be able to highlight and copy the url you are viewing. Or if you just write the name and manufacturer of the tile that may be enough.

I wouldn’t like the appearance either. I don’t think you are being too picky - I’m not an expert just another person who thinks it looks off.

If it’s the tile Causing that I might change it out. My gut says it’s the install not the tile but I’m no expert.

But what series and tile name did you use? That takes you to their general page and most of what I see is either textured, 3D or stepped.

Ugg!! It is the dwell silver mosaic tile. The link included the name so I was hoping it would take you to that tile... I am 100% sure this is a flat tile so I just summoned my courage and told the tile guy that it is not acceptable- particularly for around the mirror. He says he will work on making it flat for around the mirror and vanity area. The rest of the wall is in the shower and not as visible. Redoing that would be a large undertaking so we are just going to have to deal with it...

The photo of the teal tile looks stepped, particularly on the left end. It's pretty clear that each sheet is flat within itself, but the sheets are not all the same thickness as each other.

Do you have extra sheets of the tile? If so lay several of them together on a flat surface as if they were being installed. Are they flat?
