Any guesses if this is mold? this is way up high in the garage and lots of spots cracking like this. Funny odor in garage but not the normal dirty gym smell that you associate with mold. Let’s all take guesses! I’m biting the bullet and spending the $ on a mold inspection tomorrow but curious if any of you have any guesses.
