koolactress - This countertop material is Caesarstone, an engineered quartz material. It is stain and scratch resistant, nonporous, and never need a sealer...EVER! If you have children or are a bit rough with your countertops, engineered quartz is the way to go since the quartz stone is stronger than granite (which is porous and only about 40% - 60% quartz in composition).
You can also achieve a uniformed look as this picture shows which you cannot get so readily with natural stone. Thank you for the compliment, we are very proud of this recent project!
