What's wrong with my tomato plants?

Newbie here. My tomato plants were mostly doing fine, except most leaves were curling up due to extreme heat and/or winds. But since last 2 weeks, the leaves have started drying up.

Is this the result of over/under watering or some disease?

    Stick a moisture meter in there and see if there is enough moisture. You don't have one, stick your finger two inches in. Should be damp and cool.
