I am looking at the Yountville sofa from William Sonoma and would love feedback on quality as well. I have sat on several Pottery Barn sofas and found them less than comfortable. This makes me very weary of purchasing as this couch is custom and cannot be returned. Two sales people said the couch I chose is very comfortable and the most popular, but no longer have furniture in the store. Any thoughts would be appreciated
