Bedroom Wall Help

I need help trying to figure out what to do with this wall. I don’t know if I need a huge canvas, a headboard, paint on the wall or what!!! The ceilings are 9ft, we don’t have curtains yet and unfortunately, the ugly black nightstands have to stay so I need to figure something out to go with them until we decide to spend the money on a bedroom set. (Also, this is an apartment) TIA!
