My first impression is that it needs fertilizer. Since it's in a pot, fertilize it and see if it helps. I'd try a water soluble like Miracle Grow for quicker results. The reason I say that, is that HVX isn't usually spread evenly all over the plant. With HVX, the "ink bleed" is in clumps. Your problem seems to be evenly distributed over the leaf. Just be careful with your tools, in case.

I have Shultz 10-15-10 liquid that I add to my watering can and use on my houseplants. Do you think that's enough?

Sure. It will work. It should green up fairly quickly.
