Looks like that big foyer wall is it. The layout of the floorspace forces you to use it as such. Alternative is shag throw rug with hippy guru pillows and mount it to the ceiling so you and guests can lie on floor and watch.

That is a very big TV for a very small apartment. If you are planning to live here indefinitely, choose furniture that best fits the space. Then get a TV that's right for your space. Don't be hostage to a TV designed for a much larger space.

This is a small apartment. A very large tv and a sectional won’t fit well. You can’t squeeze 25 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound sack.

sure you can my 65 works fine with two rocking chairs from IKEA on a 12*9 media room sitting on a bench as a TV stand works great used it for years like this in several locations now.
