I think it will matter where the lines are and who they serve thos lines might serve more than just you. You need to find out exactly where they are and who they serve and that is done by calling a company that does the search for undergorund gas lines, electrical etc I think that would be the best .

Look at your cable bill and call that number. The mark out company won't know who to call. They are just there to locate utilities and the like.
