Hello. Were under contract on a new build home and they laid the driveway and sidewalk concrete and then 2 days later took heavy equipment over it to get the final grade done outside. They busted up all the concrete on the edges and on the front walk path and now are trying to patch it which I told them not to do. Is this considered cosmetic or can I fight to get this redone and ripped out?
