My greatest concern is that the wine(s) be held at the optimum temperature(s). The beer, - as you know, must be COLD!

Perhaps I erred... visiting Ireland and complaining that the Guinness was too cold? (they assume Americans drink it "Bud" temp) !

In Europe most drink beer 'cellar cool" because the Keg is in the cellar.
