I know this has been talked on here with regards to foundations and pools, but I wanted to get feedback on how far this shrub should be planted from a septic tank. We have a terraced lake property with our septic tank near the house and our leach field about 50' away on the next terrace level down. I have a row of rose of sharon starting on a property boundary and would like to supplement those with dappled willow to help it fill in quicker and because I love the looks of the dappled willow. How close is too close to plant these with relation to our septic tank (not the leach field). Thanks!
