My counter people are here and trying to convince me that this gap is acceptable because it’s not their fault since the backsplash was removed after they measured. They knew we were going to have backsplash removed and told us to do it before install. They never said anything about the backsplash being an issue during template. Now they’re telling me my tile guy should be able to build this part out when he installs backsplash. What do I do?? (Picture shows gap between counter and wall)
