Agreed, with that size of house the Great Room should be at least 18'x30', and "dining" room 12'x18'.

Really? The size I'm giving is actual size. Not including walk ways behind furniture. One waisted space is that there is 6' behind the main couch but its because of how the kitchen lines up with the entry. He adjusted it to be 16x18 is that big enough?
