Look at Barker Cabinets. You can choose your door style and customize the size. They are available in paint grade wood. They are RTA cabinets, so you have to be willing to assemble them yourselves. The term you're looking for for drawers and doors is full overlay.

I have not but the vanities in both my baths are RTA and the quality is very good. I would check for reviews online. Are you looking for 1 sink or two? Two gets very tight in a 60" vanity. Is the vanity going to be freestanding or built in? If it's built in, how wide is the space. Can you post a picture of the space where the vanity will be going?

IMO if painted is what you want do not do wood in a bathroom where humidity is even higher than most spaces . IMO get a cabinet company that makes unfinished cabinets in MDF and have tem painted by a cobinet painter and by the time you do that you could have had a cabinet made . What is so special about the color ? Maybe give us a bit more info. I dislike doors in bathroom cabinets and really they are not needed anymore I love Ikea godmorgon vanities , they have awesome storage, stand up well and are decently priced. Come in some interesting finishes too
