This may be more trouble than it’s worth for you, but on two separate occasions when I had mail temporarily forwarded by the post office, I got a coupon for 15 percent off at Crate & Barrel — and put it to good use! The first time, the coupon and others for Pottery Barn, Lowe’s, etc. came by mail. The second time they were online coupons that could be printed IIRC. I’m thinking you could do a short-term temporary forward to a close family member or friend. It can be done online. Good luck!

They do send coupon codes and physical mailers, as noted, if you are on their email and snail mail lists. They are almost always 15%, but sales do occur like the regular upholstery sales (I think in the Fall).

Interesting that you mentioned the Upholstery Sale.. which is usually in August and doesn't seem to be active this year. There was a 15% off sale during quarantine though.

Are there still crate and barrow outlet stores? You might want to check.

If what you are looking for is a print or painting you might be able to find it somewhere else.

If you sign-up for their email you get 10% off.

I think the Upholstery Sale started the 2nd week of August last year, they really did not send out any announcements ahead of time. I was waiting for the sale and was worried it had been cancelled. We bought two new sofas the last day of the sale, did not get the sofa’s until the end of January as there ended up being some issue with getting the fabric I chose. Hopefully the world craziness will not prevent the sale this year.

It might be worth simply calling their customer service line, telling them you want to make a purchase but won't do so without a more sizable discount, and asking if THEY are able to apply a coupon. Might not work, but it doesn't cost anything to pick up the phone and try. Good luck!

I checked Twitter. Last year from August 31 to September 3 (Labor Day weekend), C&B had a 15% off sale. You could always try DM’ing on Twitter and ask for a coupon code.

If you sign up for a wedding registry, 3 months after the date of the event, you get 15% off all registered items that weren’t bought for you. I think waiting for the Labor Day sale would be easier....and quicker.

Be wary of coupons on eBay. A lot of them are fake.

I never got around to calling customer service today, so I'll do it tomorrow. I am wondering if I apply for a C & B credit card if there might be a discount coupon toward a first purchase. I'll ask about that, too. I have been considering getting their card to earn 10% back in rewards.

I had no idea about potential fake coupons. I only recommended it because I have sold them there.

look into whether they have a discount offer if you sign up for texts. they often do at CB2 (same company). it's easy to unsubscribe from texts once you've used it.

I bought one on Ebay for less than $25. You had to spend at least $1499 to get 20% off including furniture. I savee over $500.
