Is this George Jets On

I was given a George Jets On daylily back in 2014. It wasn't blooming, at the time, and the person who bought it was told by the garden centre that it was a young plant and would be slow to grow. That appeared to be true, as it did not bloom until 2016. I moved it in 2017, and it didn't bloom again until 2019. Each time it blooms, however, the flowers are similar but look different than before, and not much like the pics I see when I do a Google search.

Any thoughts on

a) whether is actually is George Jets On and

b) why the colours are different each time it blooms
