I have heard of all three brands but done the most research on UltraCraft. I believe that UltraCraft would be considered the highest quality of those three, and it has to do more with the construction standards and thickness of material than the doors themselves. There are definitely some mixed reviews out there from people who have had some door separations and failures with UltraCraft, but overall, it is one of the top brands for framless that you can get before you go with a high-end custom build. Be careful with heat around this type of door. Some people have had issues with putting the material too close to a range top or even a dishwasher. You can get heat shields to help with the installation, and also don't install upper wall cabinets too close to your heat source. You'll want a generous gap around your range and vent hood.

I’m a bit confused though, everything I’ve read that compares acrylic to other glossy surfaces has said that acrylic is the most durable and requires less maintenance- in particular, when compared to lacquer and thermofoil. We do have pets so I’m looking for something scratch resistant.

If you want something scratch resistant for pets, you will struggle with almost anything except porcelain fronts, which are hard to find and usually require a custom build, or stainless steel fronts which look industrial in a residential setting but might be an option for you. This has been a major factor for me in my kitchen remodel, and I've spent many hours researching all options I can find available in the general market in the USA right now. The best plan is maybe to gate the kitchen and keep them out. Laminate would be more resistant than acrylic to scratches, but once laminate is scratched -- and it can be -- it cannot be repaired.

I have high gloss whitecabinets from Ikea mine are 13 yrs old I run a catering biz from my home so they get a lot of use by a lot of different people, I clean my wall ovens often with no issues and have no got one scratch yet even with grandkids and a big dogs . I had high gloss red from Ikea in my old kitchen same biz they are now 19 yrs old and still look awesome 9 friends bought the house) IMO Ikea is still the best bang for your buck .
