My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Nice plant, those types are called harlequin phals. There have been threads in the past about how the spot pattern can change depending on the temperature when the flower is developing. I think it was cooler made more spots, you could probably do a search and find it if your interested.
