Installed Milgaard Essence fir wrapped windows. The great room, bar area, open rooms are all fine for natural wood sills and trim; but in the dining room and bedrooms I want to paint brighter and/or darker colors on the walls. My question is, would it look fine to stain the window sills/casements and paint the window trim boards?
