We're trying to decide on a 30" oven with gas range for a total kitchen renovation, and it's coming down to the Wolf or Blue Star. We do a lot of stove top cooking, soups, and oven roasting. Less baking than average. I like the color options in Blue Star, but I've read a fair amount of negative reviews, and I'm especially concerned about the 2017 recall. Wolf reputation is pretty solid, but I'd like to hear from recent purchasers. It is August 2020. Thanks!
