I'm not getting a feeling for the layout with just the couple of pictures you posted, but I do like all of your selections for lighting and think any one of them would work well. You have good taste!

Where do you plan to place your table? Centered on the door? That the door, itself, isn’t centered is not really a problem. How far into the room will you place the table, relative to the kitchen? I would probably try and find the point where the center of the doorway intersects with the center of the kitchen and mark that as the location of the table. Do you have a floor plan of the space that you can post? This will assist others in figuring this out for you.

I was going to have a peninsula where you can sit on counter-top height chairs. So, it would be helpful if the dining table was pushed towards the wall and away from the peninsula, which moves it away from the center of the door way, which looks like the center of the dining room space. So, I would need to move the chandelier lights to center it to the table instead of the center of the doorway which is where it currently is.

I shall try what you mentioned.
