illinois everbearing mulberry roots

I’m thinking about planting an Illinois everbearing in zone 8b from Raintree nursury.

They have one on their property and it’s 15ft tall and has been there for 20 years.

They also said that they do not get to 30-50 ft tall in western Washington.

I’m thinking about planting it 28 ft from a septic drain field. Will it be OK there?

The other planting location option is 60 ft from the drain field but it’s in the middle of the front yard so I don’t want to stain my shoes and then the carpet.

What to do?
