We need a general idea as to where in the world you live. And which direction the front of your house faces.

If you want to plant anything in those beds next to the house, they need to be much bigger. At least twice as big as they are now so plants are not under the roof overhang and have room to grow to full-size without touching the house.

We can't see the trees well, but if they're obscuring view of the house, their limbs are hanging too low for their size and being in front of your house.

You need a bed line more like this:

If you'd correct the grade around the foundation such that it is flowing away from the house wall, then you could get by with downspout tails and a splash block instead of the giant vacuum cleaner hoses.
